Serb List: Kurti continues with repression, denies the right to medical treatment for Serbs in Kosovo

The Serb List states that Albin Kurti's regime, by raiding pharmacies and seizing medications in northern Kosovo, is denying the Serbian people the right to medical treatment, while receiving praise from the international community for respecting human rights and support for entry into the Council of Europe.

"Today, in Leposavic, under Kurti's order, heavily armed policemen with jeeps raided two pharmacies in Leposavic and one in Lesak, and confiscated medications from the employees in front of the elderly and sick who now cannot access their prescribed therapy," the statement from the Serb List reads.

The Serb List reminds that for 10 months, based on an "oral", presumably Kurti's order, the delivery of food and medicines from central Serbia has been banned, all as part of the regime's plan in Pristina to endanger the survival of the Serbian people and deny them the right to medical treatment and a normal life.

The statement mentions that while on one hand, Albin Kurti's regime continues to raid pharmacies in northern Kosovo, seizing medications and denying the Serbian people the right to medical treatment, on the other hand, praises are coming from the international community for the same regime for respecting human rights and support for entering the Council of Europe.

"We demand that the repression over our people stop, that the international community finally comes out of a state of hibernation and prevents the persecution of the Serbian people, or to publicly come out and say that they support what Kurti is doing," the statement concludes.
