The Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe did not include Pristina's application for membership in this organization on its meeting agenda today, Novosti found.

The Quint countries - the US, France, Germany, Italy, and Great Britain are of the opinion that Pristina must first show a constructive approach in the dialogue with Belgrade. Until then, they will not support putting Kosovo's request on the agenda of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe, which meets every Wednesday.

The US embassies sent a note yesterday to most European countries not to put Pristina's request on the CoE Committee of Ministers' agenda until Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti forms the Community of Serb-majority Municipalities, which is an obligation from the Brussels Agreement signed ten years ago.
