Serbian Ministry of Internal Affairs issued arrest warrant for Kosovo Police officer over assault on Serbian high school student

Serbia’s Minister of Internal Affairs Ivica Dacic announced that the Ministry of Interior has issued an arrest warrant for Kosovo Police officer Dilot Brahimi for, as he said, an assault on a Serbian high school student in North Mitrovica.
"The Ministry of Internal Affairs has issued an arrest warrant for Dilot Brahimi, an officer of the provisional institutions in Pristina, who physically assaulted and injured a Serbian high school student during the celebration of the end of the school year in North Mitrovica yesterday," Dacic said.
He stated that Brahimi will be arrested as soon as he becomes available to the Serbian police, effective immediately, without statute of limitations, whenever it becomes possible.
High school graduates were celebrating the end of the school year yesterday, and as seen in videos posted on social media, while walking along the promenade, Albanians sitting in nearby cafés shouted at them and made the double-headed eagle hand sign.
Additionally, videos circulating on social media show a member of the Kosovo Police assaulting a Serbian high school student, repeatedly grabbing him by the neck area.
